Vittore Branca Vittorio Brancati was born in Gorizia in 1942. Married, one son. From '65 to '97 he worked together with Enel and, for nearly thirty years, the CISL union, first as a provincial secretary of the class of workers engaged in electrical CISL and then becoming 85 to 97, provincial secretary for three consecutive terms. 84 to 86, was also chairman of the Provincial Committee of INPS.
